Plumbing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our Estates team at Marlborough College. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance, and improvements to the College's domestic and commercial plumbing and drainage installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance to plumbing and drainage installations in accordance with good building practice and current building regulations.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on gas and oil-fired heating systems and associated installations.
• Work at height and in enclosed spaces, with all necessary safety equipment provided.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective and efficient maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

• Experience of general plumbing and a wide range of types and ages of gas and oil-fired heating systems and associated installations.
• Ability to work at height and in enclosed spaces.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid qualifications and certifications for plumbing and heating work.
