In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our security monitoring capabilities. You will also support and maintain our SIEM tools, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and integration with other security solutions.
With a strong understanding of security operations, threat landscape, and detection methodologies, you will work closely with our team to identify and mitigate potential threats. Your hands-on experience with SIEM tools, such as Splunk and cloud native SIEMs like Azure Sentinel or Google Chronicle, will be essential in delivering high-quality content and supporting our team's efforts.
As a seasoned professional, you will possess excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. Relevant certifications, such as GCIA, GCIH, or other SIEM-specific certifications, are a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable but not required.
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
