Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Operations Manager to join our team at one of our prestigious venues in London. As an Event Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering successful events, hospitality, and conference services that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute events, including weddings, corporate functions, and galas
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Oversee the management of event staff, including event coordinators, chefs, and hospitality staff
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and event quality
  • Develop and implement processes to improve event operations and efficiency
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in event operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality events and excellent customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with industry-standard event management software and tools
