About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and managing all aspects of our managed services operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services to our clients. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our managed services business, driving innovation and excellence across our operations, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and other operational metrics to ensure we meet or exceed client expectations. You will also lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues, manage conflicts, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services, meeting or exceeding client expectations
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee the development and implementation of SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics
  • Drive process improvements, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with service delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a managed services organization, preferably in the IT or telecommunications industry
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services, improving operational efficiency, and driving growth through innovation and strategic planning
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions
