Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Sports Graduate Teaching Assistants. This role is ideal for sports graduates who are passionate about education, SEN support, and want to use physical activity to inspire and motivate young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to pupils with a variety of SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).
  • Assist the classroom teacher in differentiating lessons to meet the unique needs of SEN students.
  • Use sports and physical activities as tools to enhance students' learning, development, and emotional well-being.
  • Support students with physical disabilities in participating in sports and classroom activities.
  • Help create an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment for all students, adapting approaches to suit individual learning styles.
Requirements:
  • A-level, foundation degree, or degree in Sports or a related field.
  • A genuine interest in working with children and young people, particularly those with SEN.
  • A valid DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
  • Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable but not essential.
