Service Director, Facilities Management

About the Role
Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Director, Facilities to join our senior leadership team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership in the development and implementation of our facilities management agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the Facilities Management agenda, ensuring efficient and effective facilities services are provided.
- Provide strategic professional leadership, taking operational accountability for the delivery of all facilities across the Health Board.
- Be accountable for the future development of Facilities, including people and operational systems and amenities.
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Team and Senior Management Teams to develop and deliver modernised and patient-focused services across CTMUHB.
- Be accountable for the total budget and CRES scheme delivery.

Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline or experience in management, leadership, or a relevant discipline. A Chartered professional qualification within the Soft Facilities Management profession is desirable. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the Facilities Management commissioning process and experience of leading the delivery of services within tight financial constraints.
