Service Director, Facilities Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Director, Facilities to join our senior leadership team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver the Facilities Management agenda, ensuring efficient and effective facilities services are provided across the Health Board.
- Provide strategic professional leadership, taking operational accountability for the delivery of all facilities across the Health Board.
- Develop and implement a facilities managerial strategy, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective services are delivered.
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Team and Senior Management Teams to develop and deliver modernized and patient-focused services across the Health Board.
- Be accountable for the total budget and CRES scheme delivery.

Requirements- Master's Degree level in a relevant discipline or experience in management, leadership, or a relevant discipline.
- Chartered professional qualification within the Soft Facilities Management profession (desirable).
- Advanced Food Hygiene: Institution of Environmental Health Officers. HACCP Level 4 (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points - Food Manufacturing) (desirable).
