About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Third Line Support Analyst/Developer to join our Technology department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing world-class support, development, and customer service to our 900+ KFC stores across the UK and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 3rd level technical support to all KFC stores, working with store employees to resolve technical, training, or systems issues.
  • Support other members of the Technology team regarding all restaurant systems and devices, including POSs, BOHs, and laptops.
  • Resolve issues as they occur, proactively investigating and documenting longer-term solutions to resolve repeat issues.
  • Provide full support on Microsoft Operating Systems.
  • Support Tech projects through development and implementation.
  • Analyze statistical data to find solutions to repeating issues, documenting and sharing new procedures with the Technology team.
  • Work closely with our third-party support partners, such as Fujitsu.
  • Develop till programs in line with each marketing window.
  • Manage recipe and inventory systems.
  • Develop, support, and administer kiosks, delivery, and online ordering solutions.
  • Test and approve development changes relating to the above.
  • Collaborate on the support of new technology into restaurants.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with Ops, Marketing, and Finance.
