Care Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our homecare team as a Care Coordinator. This exciting role will involve overseeing the delivery of care services to clients in the Hastings area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for new and existing service users and care workers.
  • Effectively handle initial enquiries from prospective service users and their families.
  • Roster staff to ensure a safe and efficient delivery of care services.
  • Liaise with other professionals involved in service users' care.
  • Assist with recruiting new care workers to the team.
  • Monitor care workers and conduct regular supervisions and appraisals.
