As a Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Manager at FE fundinfo Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless post-acquisition integration efforts. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving strategic growth and maximizing value from our acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Integration Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans, aligning with business objectives and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of integration projects, prioritizing resources to maximize value and drive business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across finance, HR, IT, and more to drive integration activities and foster a culture of collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with integration, including legal, regulatory, and operational considerations.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in M&A integration, project management, or related roles.
  • Advanced project management skills, with proficiency in relevant software and methodologies.
  • Ideal experience in post-acquisition integration within the Fintech or Financial Services industry.
