About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Systems Engineer to join our team at Hitachi Energy. As a key member of our Testing unit, you will be responsible for providing engineering solutions to our end customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate integrated testing activities and review test requirements to ensure a comprehensive test program.
  • Provide technical support in evaluating customer requirements and answering technical queries during project deliveries.
  • Participate in internal kick-off meetings to share expertise and knowledge with project teams.
  • Drive engineering timescales to a minimum, eliminate costs, and operate to high quality standards throughout project delivery.
Requirements
  • Power Systems engineering related education or equivalent (HNC or BTEC minimum qualification).
  • Strong design and coordination capability and experience in the engineering discipline of Power Systems.
