Aftersales Manager Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at Octane Recruitment, a specialist Automotive / Motor Trade recruitment agency. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing aftersales departments in a main dealer environment, with excellent customer service skills and a flexible approach to learning all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the aftersales department, reporting to the Aftersales and General Manager
  • Maximise productivity and profit of the Workshop, Parts and Service departments
  • Provide excellent customer service at the front desk

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a main dealer, including dealing direct with customers in a service role, and ideally workshop control
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexible approach to learning all sides of the business, with the willingness to progress
  • Full clean driving licence
