Job Title: KS2 Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS2 teacher to join our team at a large three-form entry school in Acton. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to the school's community-focused ethos.

Job Summary:

The KS2 teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum, assessing and tracking pupil progress, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, and maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and carers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress to ensure high achievement and personal development.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all children feel valued.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and carers.
  • Uphold the school's values and contribute to its community-focused ethos.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a 1st or 2:1 degree, matching A Levels and GCSE grades, and a strong passion for teaching and learning. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment.
