Internal Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Recruiter to join our team at Polaris Community. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent for our Residential division, with ad-hoc support for our other divisions as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure quality of hire, time to hire, and direct recruitment activity.
- Actively identify, source, and attract candidates for hard-to-fill vacancies, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods, plans, and tools.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practice.
- Ensure timely and effective communication to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Screen applications, facilitate early conversations, and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience, positioning Polaris Community as an employer of choice.
- Stay up-to-date with information regarding developments in recruitment practice, employment legislation, CIPD guidance, and CPD.
- Previous resourcing/recruitment experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of recruitment practices and processes.
- Ability to produce data on key recruitment metrics.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practice and associated employment law.
- Commercial understanding of the impact of recruitment.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple, varied recruitment campaigns and work to tight deadlines.
