About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at K3 Capital Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with accountancy firms across the UK, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our partnership network with accountancy firms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners, understanding their needs and creating bespoke solutions to support their growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing partners, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our internal sales team to generate leads and close deals.
  • Attend industry events and networking events to build relationships and promote our services.
  • Manage a portfolio of unpartnered accountancy firms, working to establish new relationships and drive growth.
  • Update CRM systems and produce management information to track portfolio performance.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the R&D sector or tax reliefs industry.
  • Proven track record of building relationships at a senior level in accountancy firms.
  • Experience of selling complex tax incentive products and influencing decision-makers.
  • Strong sales acumen, with a hunter mentality and a proven ability to exceed targets.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
