Key Responsibilities:



  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Specialising in the local area, providing tailored insurance solutions to taxi drivers and fleet owners.
  • Managing general administration tasks, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and invoicing.
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service and quality control.
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements:



  • Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance sales, preferably in the motor vehicle sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in dealing with customers over the phone and face-to-face.
