About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our cross-functional product team at Houseful. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our product and driving design excellence.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the design of our product, working closely with our product team to understand user needs and develop innovative solutions. You will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives and drive user engagement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of design principles, user experience, and product development. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and other designers.

We are looking for a talented designer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. If you have a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of our product, working closely with the product team to understand user needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Create user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives and drive user engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of design principles, user experience, and product development.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and other designers.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize design opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of design work.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in product design, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
  • User research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Workshop facilitation, ideation sessions, and design sprints.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Knowledge of current technology trends and design best practices.
