- Engage in harmonious collaboration with diverse teams, spanning engineering, product management, QA, Customer Success, and Sales, to bring the design vision to life.
- Present design concepts and prototypes, adopting a client-focused perspective in all dialogues.
- Embrace feedback with an open heart, refining and elevating the final designs to meet and surpass client desires and expectations.
We're looking for someone with:
- A proven history of leading product design initiatives in dynamic environments, such as early-stage startups or pivotal roles in a SaaS scale-up.
- An impressive portfolio highlighting a depth of skill in B2B SaaS design, emphasizing intricate, enterprise-level systems products.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in conducting user research, adopting a client-oriented and customer-focused methodology.
- A distinguished track record in crafting systems, particularly those incorporating AI or workflow automation tailored for enterprise use.
- A robust foundation in UX/UI design, enriched by formal education or specialized training in user experience design.
- Outstanding communication abilities, paired with the strength to inspire and guide a design team.
