As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Work in various areas of the hotel, including the bar, restaurant, breakfast, room service, and conference and events.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and guests to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, consistently demonstrating great customer service skills.
  • Have a visible presence within your working area and ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
  • Deal with guest complaints and react in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Have a good insight knowledge of the hotel and its products.
