Job Description:You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with the care team to develop and implement individualised care plans, promoting independence and autonomy.
Requirements:- A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives
- Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential
- NVQ Level 1 or equivalent is desirable but not essential
We offer a competitive salary of £12.72 per hour, with overtime paid at +£4 per hour. You will also receive full training and support to ensure your success in this rewarding role.
