Autism Support Assistant - Unqualified Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Autism Support Assistant - Unqualified to join our team at a creative and inclusive Primary School in Hillingdon. As an Autism Support Assistant - Unqualified, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with various Special Educational Needs, working alongside a motivated team of specialist teachers, therapists, and inclusion staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the classroom environment to ensure a safe and inclusive space for all pupils.
  • Develop and deliver tailored programmes to pupils using the extensive equipment at the school.
  • Work collaboratively with the inclusion team to provide high-quality support to pupils with Autism.

Requirements:

  • A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for all pupils to flourish within.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a Primary School setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
