Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Quality Manager to join our team in West Sussex. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of projects across Hampshire, West Sussex, and East Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and quality management systems
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health, safety, and quality
- Collaborate with site teams, department heads, and the board of directors to improve health, safety, and quality standards
- Lead the HSQE team and represent the company to clients, subcontractors, and the supply chain
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification
- Extensive knowledge and experience of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- CSCS card
- Membership of a professional body
