About the Role

Motorway is the UK's fastest-growing used car marketplace, and we're looking for a skilled Workplace Experience Manager to join our team. As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a delightful experience for all Motorway employees in our physical spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Office Management Team to deliver exceptional workplace experiences
  • Work closely with our internal comms team to ensure consistency and inclusivity across activities in our offices
  • Develop and execute plans to create a delightful experience for new employees and leavers
  • Provide leadership and oversight for event planning and execution
  • Manage annual office budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Lead on office refurbishments and moves with the support of your office managers
  • Craft a sustainability strategy for our shared physical spaces and ensure effective communication
  • Implement and manage our health and safety practices

Requirements

  • Extensive office management experience, ideally across multiple locations
  • Experience managing and a passion for the employee experience
  • Ability to develop and execute clear actionable plans to support an overall business strategy
  • Ability to build trust across all levels of the organisation through strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities
  • Ability to enthusiastically engage, inspire and influence people
  • Able to remain calm and work effectively under pressure and is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Self-motivated team player with great attention to detail
  • A love for interacting with colleagues and building strong networks
  • Excellent supplier management and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
