Do you have a passion for administration and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a Clerical Officer to join our team at the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in Armagh. In this role, you will provide administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
About the Position:
This is a temporary position with an attractive hourly rate of £11.59 per hour. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, with a comprehensive holiday package of 35 days pro rata. Duties:
As a Clerical Officer, your key duties will include providing timely administrative support, ensuring data and reports are formatted correctly using Microsoft Office software, and maintaining records and reporting systems. You will also be responsible for telephone duties and customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need four GCSEs including Maths and English, and one year's relevant experience in a similar position. Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office, particularly beginner-level skills, is essential. You may also be required to undergo a Basic AccessNI Disclosure check.
