Operational Excellence Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Engineer to join our team at Swift Temps Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement in all areas of the engineering arena, aiming for world-class manufacturing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering safe, high-performance engineering solutions within a fast-paced FMCG environment while minimizing downtime and costs to the site.
- Ensuring all work is completed in an organized professional manner, being fully accountable for all tools and equipment used.
- Actively inputting into discussions and plans required to drive down Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF).
- Ensuring that Mean Time Taken to Repair (MTTR) is improved and reviewed via root cause analysis with the engineering team in accordance with set KPIs.
- Ensuring the PPM schedule is completed as requested.
- Ensuring all reporting requirements are supplied in an accurate and timely manner.
