HealthCare Talent, a division of Cross Country Healthcare, is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Provider, you will provide direct psychotherapy services to patients and assist the Director in clinical functions.

The estimated salary for this position is up to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and licensure.

In this role, you will perform intakes, evaluations, and provide therapy to patients. You will also actively participate in extended primary care teams, participate on treatment teams focusing on behavioral issues, and coordinate behavioral health treatment with psychiatry and primary care providers.

  • You must have a current MA LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) license.
  • A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline is required.
  • 2 years of experience providing therapy in individual, family and/or group modalities is preferred, based on licensure.

This is a hybrid-remote position, with the option to conduct up to 50% of visits remotely after the first six months.
