About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Transformation Manager to join our AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) team. As a key member of our Public Sector Solutions team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their cloud transformation journey, identifying and accelerating value realization, and establishing operating models to drive scale and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with organizations at various stages of their cloud adoption to identify and accelerate value realization throughout the cloud lifecycle.
  • Help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through enablement and governance.
  • Establish and develop operating models to drive scale and long-term success through the application of AWS frameworks and mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with internal AWS teams and services to deliver cloud solutions that influence business and IT transformation for our customers.
  • Define opportunities and understand associated business and technical risks that are strategic to the customer's cloud journey.
  • Execute business and technology projects navigating risks or roadblocks and execute in an ambiguous and changing environment.
  • Serve as the customer's cloud journey coach and be the voice of the customer within AWS, evangelizing customer needs to AWS leadership, product, and engineering teams.
