Montessori Nursery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Montessori Nursery Manager to lead our established setting in Ruislip, Pinner. The successful candidate will be responsible for the internal organisation, management, and control of the nursery school, ensuring the delivery of outstanding teaching following the Montessori method.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team of teachers to deliver high-quality education and care to children aged 2-5
  • Implement the EYFS statutory framework and ensure compliance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and the local community
  • Manage the nursery's operations, including budgeting, staffing, and facilities
  • Ensure the nursery's sustainability and profitability
Requirements:
  • A Montessori International Diploma (preferred)
  • A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate
  • A valid Food Hygiene certificate
  • A valid Safeguarding Lead certificate
  • A valid SENDCO certificate
  • Substantial post-qualifying experience of working with children in a Montessori setting
  • Experience of working within and implementing the EYFS statutory framework
