Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinate and implement administrative processes and procedures, improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support student success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including students, faculty, and vendors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a student services or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
