Patient Experience Ambassador

We are looking for a highly dedicated and passionate individual to join our Patient Dining team as a Ward Hostess/Host. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm and welcoming environment for patients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing menus, taking orders from patients and supporting with all dietary and allergen queries.
- Preparing and delivering all refreshments and meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
- Clearing down ward areas and washing up dirty dishes, ensuring that the kitchen is fully prepared for next service.
- Liaising with ward staff to ensure patients' needs are met in a timely manner.
- Offering a great customer service by always putting the patient first.
Our ideal candidate will be aware of food and hygiene standards, passionate about patient care and able to communicate effectively with patients, visitors and healthcare staff.
