We are now seeking a Resident Support Worker to join our team, bringing their skills and experience in elderly care to our household.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal and practical care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks
- Maintain accurate records for each resident, ensuring up-to-date information is available at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver tailored care plans, meeting the unique needs of each resident
- Assist with mealtimes and safe moving, promoting independence and dignity
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in elderly care, preferably in a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Able to work flexibly, including shifts and weekends, to meet the needs of the household
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care, respecting the dignity and autonomy of each resident
