About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Engineer to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a Product Design Engineer, you will play a leading role in the design and development of a range of products for multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative product designs from concept to production, utilizing your expertise in 2D and 3D CAD software (Solidworks).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop products that meet customer needs and industry standards.
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback from clients to inform design decisions.
  • Design and develop prototypes, utilizing various manufacturing processes.
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production and quality control.
  • Travel to clients and manufacturing sites as required, with potential for international travel.
  • Participate in quality testing and validation of new products.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Product Design Engineer.
  • Strong background in product design and engineering, with a related degree.
  • Proficiency in Solidworks and other CAD software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
