Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product designs from concept to production, utilizing 2D and 3D CAD software (Solidworks)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets manufacturing and quality requirements
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback from clients to inform design decisions
  • Design and develop prototypes to test and refine product designs
  • Utilize various manufacturing processes to bring products to life
  • Travel to overseas locations to review tooling trials and ensure quality standards are met
  • Conduct quality testing to ensure products meet specifications

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Product Design Engineer
  • Strong skills in 2D and 3D CAD software (Solidworks)
  • Experience working in the Aerospace industry
  • Ability to create models and prototypes
  • Technical expertise in design for manufacture
  • Product design or engineering degree
  • Experience designing products from concept to completion
