We take a person-centered approach to care, focusing on the unique needs and preferences of each resident. As a Resident Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care that enhances the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents
  • Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
  • Help residents with their social and recreational needs
  • Develop strong relationships with residents and their families
