Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care to residents, respecting their dignity and autonomy
  • Assist with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with meal times, ensuring they receive the nutrition they need
  • Encourage independence and promote resident participation in activities
