Key Responsibilities- Support front-line employee relations queries, ensuring compliance with employment legislation across the HSS Operations division.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to provide administrative support to key stakeholders, including letter writing and minute taking.
- Work closely with the HR Business Partner on key initiatives and projects to drive progress across the people strategy.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations and culture, supporting workstreams such as colleague wellbeing, diversity, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with HR functions like Recruitment, Payroll, and Learning and Development to deliver an exceptional service to our dedicated business division.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a background in employee relations or case work.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to travel around England and Wales as required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted organization.
- Confident in advising and partnering with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication, influencing, and innovation skills.
