About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HR Advisor to join our HSS Operations division. As a key member of our People team, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and support to line managers and colleagues on employee relations and day-to-day HR matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support front-line employee relations queries, ensuring compliance with employment legislation across the HSS Operations division.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to provide administrative support to key stakeholders, including letter writing and minute taking.
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partner on key initiatives and projects to drive progress across the people strategy.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations and culture, supporting workstreams such as colleague wellbeing, diversity, engagement, and retention.
  • Partner with HR functions like Recruitment, Payroll, and Learning and Development to deliver an exceptional service to our dedicated business division.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a background in employee relations or case work.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to travel around England and Wales as required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted organization.
  • Confident in advising and partnering with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and innovation skills.
