Human Resources Director

Tirebuck Recruitment Ltd is seeking a professional HR Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Development: Design, implement, and review HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic objectives and adhere to best practices and employment regulations.
- Employee Handbook Management: Update the company employee handbook with policy and legislative changes, ensuring updates are communicated effectively to directors and staff.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly HR reports for management, providing insights into employee performance, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Health and Safety: Develop a health and safety program that meets legal requirements, reduces risk, and promotes a healthier workplace for employees.
- Team Management: Manage a team of 6 staff, offering support and training while coordinating coverage for holidays and absences.
- HR Support: Provide expert support and advice to directors and employees on HR matters, managing disciplinary procedures and formal grievance processes.
- Insurance and Pension Coordination: Coordinate with insurance/pension providers to review the plan and handle renewal arrangements.
- CIPD Qualification: CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- HR Experience: Previous experience in a HR Manager role within a professional services organization.
- Data and Reporting: Strong data and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret HR data.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and express ideas clearly.
- Self-Management: A high degree of self-management and initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Skills: Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Organization: Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high standards in all aspects of work.
- Time Management: Excellent time management, with the ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- English Language Skills: A high standard of English, including spelling and grammar.
