Resident Welfare Specialist

As a Resident Welfare Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable individuals and preventing homelessness.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering welfare and support services to ensure full contractual compliance and successful outcomes of all Key Performance Indicators and service delivery targets.
- Working closely with Housing Managers to deliver a seamless service meeting the individual and property needs of all service users.
- Managing and mitigating service user well-being risk and escalating in line with policy and procedure.
You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a positive impact on the lives of others.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,350 per annum, inclusive of a company car, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and volunteering leave. A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
Requirements- Experience and exposure to dealing with drug misuse, homelessness, mental health, ex-offenders and trafficking.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think on their feet.
