The Head of Contract Performance will provide strong and professional thought leadership, offering strategic oversight in the development of contract performance strategies.

Job Description

Your role will involve providing visionary leadership and strategic direction, ensuring that our contract performance programs not only meet but exceed our business objectives.

As Head of Contract Performance, you will establish and reinforce strong policy and procedural foundations within the Contract Performance function, creating a framework that supports all contract-related activities across the business.

Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, where employees feel valued and motivated to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end contract performance strategies
  • Deliver an effective service to a range of employees across the business
  • Take ownership for contract performance processes, including contract review, performance monitoring, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with contract performance processes, including data processing
  • Manage the contract performance aspect of all business policies
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes with robust contract performance processes
  • Line management responsibility of Contract Performance Analyst
  • Chair monthly Contract Performance meetings, setting agendas and themes for the month
