Deputy Area Manager Role

A Deputy Area Manager is required to work closely with the Area Manager in Staffordshire, supporting the day-to-day running of services and contributing to the overall success of the area.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Supported Living or Residential service, be familiar with CQC standards, and possess strong leadership skills. They will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, managing staff, and promoting collaborative working within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the local team to deliver exceptional support to individuals with learning disabilities or mental health conditions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and organizational standards.
- Develop and implement new opportunities for growth and development of the service.
Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 25 days holiday, free DBS check, health cash back, and pension scheme. The role also offers eligibility for a £500 bonus through our refer a friend scheme and enhanced pay for maternity or paternity leave.
