As a Swimming Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping our students achieve their swimming goals and develop a lifelong love for the sport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver swimming sessions that are engaging, fun, and challenging for students of all levels.
  • Provide clear explanations and demonstrations of swimming techniques, and correct faults in swimming technique to help students improve their performance.
  • Ensure the safe provision of all equipment and follow safety standards during sessions.
  • Regularly assess each student's progress and arrange for the award of relevant qualifications.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 2 Swim Teachers qualification, an Enhanced DBS check, and a basic understanding of child development. You should also be able to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers, as well as work well as part of a team.
