Financial Decision-Making Role at Halfords Group

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Halfords Group. As a key member of our Commercial Finance People Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of financial reporting, insight, and analysis. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with stakeholders across the People Team functions to provide strategic insights, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Support the production of monthly management reporting in the People Team's area of the business, providing accurate, timely, and insightful information.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for People Team costs, including salary forecasts, benefits costs, and recruitment expenditures.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support ongoing projects, working closely with stakeholders to understand the financial implications of their strategies.
* Handle sensitive information appropriately and ensure compliance with data protection policies.

**Requirements**

* Qualified accountant with either CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Power BI.
* Ability to build and develop good working relationships with key stakeholders.
* Dynamic and results-driven individual with a high level of energy.
