Senior Sister Emergency Care Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic RGN to join our team as a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in emergency care and a proven track record of leadership and management.
The role involves working closely with our senior management team to implement new initiatives and improve patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the A&E department and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of emergency care principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
A salary of £43,041 - £56,753 per annum (dependent on experience) is offered for this challenging and rewarding role.
