Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of structural engineering solutions for commercial building projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our services and expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in consultancy, preferably working on commercial building structures projects.
  • Civil Engineering/Drainage design experience is an advantage.
  • Aiming to become a Chartered Engineer with ICE or IStructE.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to spend time on site and occasional stays away from home.
  • Full UK driving license.
