Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Field Maintenance Engineer to join our team, providing remote coverage for the North London/Hertfordshire area. As a Field Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services to our range of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostic and Repair Services: Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal product performance, preventing breakdowns and reducing costs.
- Technical Support: Provide expert advice on equipment usage and troubleshooting, helping customers to get the most out of our products.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in equipment repair and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
