Job Title: Apprentice Branch Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Generate new business opportunities through telesales, lead generation, and account management
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular site visits and communication
  • Prepare and present sales literature to prospective clients
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the business
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Full UK driving license
