The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Calvin Klein in Edinburgh. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in achieving our sales and customer service goals, while ensuring a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and sales excellence.
  • Manage the efficient operation of the sales floor, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stockroom organization.
  • Support the management team in achieving sales and customer service targets, while maintaining a high level of store appearance and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store plans and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, security, and customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in a premium or luxury brand.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and customer service targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales associates.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
