The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Calvin Klein in Edinburgh. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team's skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and set high standards for customer service, sales, and store operations.
  • Support the management team in managing personnel, product, and merchandising functions, business processes, and results for the store.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and customers to ensure a positive store experience.
  • Drive sales growth and exceed store targets through motivating the team and providing excellent customer service.
  • Foster a positive store environment by treating all customers and colleagues with respect and fairness.
  • Support the team in delivering business strategy and ensuring consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
  • Achieve company standards and goals for personal sales results, including sales vs. budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction.
  • Perform manager-on-duty functions, manage store opening/closing functions, and oversee the sales floor.
  • Focus staff on building quality relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure staff accountability for building a repeat customer base through exceptional service.
  • Work with the management team to build a talent pool for key positions, including potential successors.
