Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

At KBR, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of our projects and services.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality management principles and practices.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and management, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
