Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst and Associate to join our team at eFinancialCareers. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for performing detailed financial and market research and analysis to inform investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial and Market Research: Conduct thorough financial and market research to identify investment opportunities and assess potential risks.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze investment opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Investment Committee Support: Prepare detailed investment committee memos to present to senior management.
  • Presentation and Pitch Development: Create engaging presentations and pitches to communicate investment opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Investment Performance Analysis: Analyze investment performance and maintain accurate investment valuations and financial models.
  • Deal Support: Assist in negotiating and preparing legal documentation for investment transactions.
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor investment portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Provide support to senior management as needed to ensure the successful execution of investment activities.
